AnyTransfer does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Service. Downtime, scheduled maintenance windows, performance variations, temporary suspensions, or complete discontinuation of the Service may occur at any time without prior notice and without liability of any kind.

Upload and download speeds, storage availability, and regional access depend on network conditions, third-party infrastructure, user location, device, browser, and plan tier. Such factors are outside our direct control and are explicitly excluded from any performance guarantee.

4. User-Uploaded Content

AnyTransfer is not a backup service. We are not responsible for the preservation or retention of any content you upload. We make reasonable efforts to maintain redundancy within our primary storage infrastructure, but we do not guarantee against accidental deletion, hardware failure, catastrophic data loss, corruption, or ransomware incidents that may affect your files.

You are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of all critical files. AnyTransfer will not be liable for any loss, corruption, or inaccessibility of any content, even if caused by our own negligence or that of our service providers.

8. Security Disclaimer
